If your order has not been shipped, please contact us to obtain the order number and information of the product you want to change. If the price of the product you want to replace is higher than the price of the original ordered product, you need to pay the difference; if the price of the new product is lower than the price of the original ordered product, we will refund your difference.
Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the product on delivery.

2. How to cancel an order?
If your package has not been sent, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order, and we will refund 100% of your order amount. Please note that we do not accept cancellation after the package has been sent. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!

3. I received a damaged item.
We will try our best to deliver the product to you intact. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team and attach a picture within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with partial/full refund or exchange service.

4. I received an incorrect item.
If the item you received is completely different from the order, please contact our customer service team and attach a picture within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with a full/partial refund or exchange service.

5. How to send your return back?
If you are not satisfied with the product / want to return it, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the product. Please note that your return must be intact, unused, and will not affect the resale of the product. After receiving your return, we will refund your order amount (excluding shipping costs).

Please note that the following reasons are not within the scope of our return/exchange policy, and we are not responsible for these issues.
