1. When will the order be shipped?

5. How to change the address after placing an order?
Before the formal delivery, you can request to change the delivery address at any time. 6. Duties and taxes.
Please note that all international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Therefore, once the package arrives at the port, the destination country may charge customs or import taxes. If this happens, our customers will be responsible for this part of the transportation costs. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties and taxes, the customer shall bear all return costs incurred, including customs fees and handling fees.

7. How to track my order?
2-5 days after your package is officially sent, we will send you the tracking number of the package via email. International logistics updates are usually delayed slightly, please be patient. 9. The delivery status shows that the package has been returned to the delivery location.
If you receive a notice that the package has arrived at the destination, please sign for it as soon as possible or go to the local post office to retrieve it. If you do not sign for the package in time, the logistics service provider may return the package to the place of delivery. In this case, the customer will bear all return costs, so this website will not be responsible for any costs incurred.
